Add local authentication for users #4

Local authentication should be added using a local database

This could be linked to a Keycloak authentication when available to manage authorizations

Routes are separated in two categories:

User routes that are secured using a standard login (username/password), this includes API routes used by the frontend
Probes routes that are secured from a token/shared secret. This allows probes to send their data to the server
