source-code formatter? #289

Hello, I'd like to propose hitting the codebase with a formatter (ormolu or fourmolu). What do you all think?

Happy with fourmolu with some tweaks, but agree that any formatter is better than no formatter!

I'm somewhat averse to source code formatters, but I have historically agreed to fourmolu with the following settings: https://github.com/cardano-foundation/fine-types/blob/main/fourmolu.yaml . That means that I have to agree in the future as well. 😂
