Improve documentation and organization of example code #101

Apparently, the instructions for running the example code are somewhat unclear:

Suggested changes:

  1. Move resources from wwwroot to the samples directory.
  2. Make sure that the examples can be run directly from the samples directory when the user has installed the package.
  3. Change the description in the samples/README.md file.
