`run_invCalib` needs checking and to output the right calibration file so it can be saved in the .m or .mat data file #28

All of NEL should be saving appropriate calib pic number in data files All of NEL internal and external should be running through the inv calib module (e.g. run_invCalib(true))

NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP ASAP.

  1. run_invCalib needs cleaned up...currently clunky
  2. Need calibration to be correct for MEMR (currently all pass, w/o calib)

NO LONGER USING run_invCalib. These changes should be corrected in issue #48
