setting up FFR to use two channels for stimulus generation (e.g., signal and masker, signal and probe).

AEP_set_attns2 will be ultimate file to use (with option to shut off SIG2), FFR_set_attns needs to be gotten rid off - its OLD ?? ear/channel?

right now the length of the stimuli should be the same add an error if they are not the same length
