RequireJS + Bower

Did a lot of updates here. This is a bit of a mega pull request. This does:

• adds RequireJS support
• adds a sample module, defined through RequireJS
• shows a Handlebars example too
• shims Underscore and Handlebars to work with RequireJS
• sample Bower component.json and .bowerrc file to set it up
• Removes Breaking Bad references (apart from a couple on the HTML page :dancers: )
• Doesn't come with the js/vendors stuff on it, because the idea is the user pulls this down and runs bower install

Ben, I'd suggest before merging it you clone a copy from my repo and check it out, make sure you're happy with it first.

@benhowdle89 I removed all the sample module stuff you'd added, however I think it would be good to add some of that back in. I do think all the sample stuff was a bit overwhelming though.

I'd also like to propose that we merge this, call it V0.1.0 and start using Semantic Versioning for updates from here on.
