Add contributing.md file #15

Add instructions, etc to it to help new people contribute.

Agree. I will also clean up some up the social sharing stuff, ie. removing the "via @benhowdle" in the tweet etc...make it more obviously an OS project...

I'm just going to put this here. This is how I like to do my JS :) Ofc no semi-colons is a no-no for this kind of project, but some of it can be transferred nicely.
