Made the index file more consistent #34

As stated in the commit messages:

As per HTML5, the type attribute is optional. Hence I removed it for the link as well the script elements.
Landed proper indentation and updated the GA snippet as used in HTML5 Boilerplate. Also, defined utf-8 charset encoding.

@boye thanks for this. From now on we're using Git Flow for features, so please don't make any pull requests against master, as this means our master isn't synced with the latest version.

If you give the CONTRIBUTING.md file a read that should guide you through how to do things.

And once again - please edit the README and add your name to the contributors list!
