[REC] Tranquil shot not recommended for BM Hunters when enemies are affected by rage.

Describe the Issue

While playing BM during season 2 of shadowlands, tranquilizing shot doesn't show in the recommendation anymore for magic and rage. Have tested this both with the raging affix and normal enrages from a mobs spell pool. This was working during season 1.

How to Reproduce

1. Enter a dungeon during raging affix or Theater of pain.
2. Hit mobs until 30% or big guy in ToP before first boss.
3. Notice that the mobs are enraged but the sugestion doesn't show.

is guess it came from the default entry with "! target.is_player" for Tranq shot ?

i allways add Tranquil Shot myself under prioritys and use it with intertrup toggle

I use it with interrupts toggle as well. And yes, all support/feedback here is given based on the default priority. If you changed something and that doesn't work, you'll probably want to reset it back to defaults.
