Celestial Alignment not being registered as used. So keeps suggesting it, despite being on CD

Describe the Issue

I use Celestial Alignment when prompted, however, Hekili does not register it as used and continues to suggest it despite it being on CD

How to Reproduce

Enter Game as Balance Druid
Do Hekili rotation on target dummies until Celestial Alignment is suggested
Observe that that CD does not disappear from suggested

Install please Bugsack and Buggrabber addons. Then reboot wow, turn off all addons but Hekili Bugsack Buggrabber and start following recommendations. When this error occures again post both snapshot and LUA errors from BugSack on different links via pastebin.com and put links here. It will help fixing the problem

Then you are going to have to do a !snapshot You can read how to do this in the discord and take a snapshot of when this is happening. Then add it to the ticket.
