Guardian Druid - Renewal, Frenzied Regeneration, Survival Instincts not recommended

Describe the Issue

While testing the beta bear, I cannot get renewal, frenzied regeneration, or survival instincts to show. Just wanted to let you know. =)

How to Reproduce

enter the game as guardian druid
test hekili rotations on covenants boss target dummy
when health drops while using defensive action list - the add on will not show any of the three spells

The error message provided is not related to this addon, however.
