SpellFlash for Radiant Decree

Describe the Issue

SpellFlash shows for all abilities except "Radiant Decree". I tried to switch its place on the action bars and relog but the issue still happens every time.

It is correctly recommended on the built-in display, it is only the SpellFlash that is not working as expected.

How to Reproduce

1) Enter game with a 70 Ret Pally, make sure SpellFlash is enabled in Hekili settings 2) Use this spec: BYEAwtJ2KpR8WbGzhz/jy2AP8AAAAAAIiEASaplkQAJJpkSSSUCAAAAAAg0EJJpJQCl0SSQJKB 3) Battle a Training Dummy until "Radiant Decree" is recommended on the built-in display 4) Note that the SpellFlash is not on the icon, but it was displaying for other abilities
