SpellFlash for Drain Soul

Describe the Issue

SpellFlash shows for all abilities except "Drain Soul". I tried to switch its place on the action bars and relog but the issue still happens every time.

It is correctly recommended on the built-in display, it is only the SpellFlash that is not working as expected.

How to Reproduce

Enter game with a Affliction Warlock, make sure SpellFlash is enabled in Hekili settings
Use this spec: BkQAbtPS25JQs0VfQSDmhm+p3gwBSESSAICSjkkkGAAAAAAAAAAAAIIJRkkkkUECAA
Battle a Training Dummy until "Drain Soul" is recommended on the built-in display
Note that the SpellFlash is not on the icon, but it was displaying for other abilities

Additional Information

Note: I recently submitted a similar issue for paladin Radiant Decree, it was fixed in v10.0.2-2.0.0. This issue is alike in all ways except the spell is different.
