Thanks for reporting; I've temporarily disabled Arcane Mage. Those debug message prints were not intended to go live. I'll re-enable Arcane Mage when its phased priority is functioning to my satisfaction.

Arcane Mage is re-enabled in 2.0.5b and should handle its "phases" more correctly.
