This is an experiment to add CodeFactor as code metric/quality tool to this repo.

[x] Add badge
[x] ~Review code quality settings~ set to maximum, might only affect checks after merge
[x] Test pull request integration
[ ] Test collaborator access

Further than the pretty much non-existing configuration for CodeFactor it is also pretty buggy...
