Fixes #72

Unifies the way window callbacks are being registered and called
More than one callback set can be attached to a window
Windows are (now completly) managed by the WindowContainer
Window implementations (ImageWindow, PebbleWindow, etc) hook to the window lifecycle, they don't have to be updated or freed manually
DebugWindowSet was no longer needed, hooray to its death
Some debug window tweaks for a cleaner startup

Testing this branch resulted in the previously solved error:

'strdup' is deprecated: The POSIX name for this item is deprecated. Instead, use the ISO C and C++ conformant name: _strdup.

I think a merge with master should solve this problem though.
