estCutoffs produces `Warning: NaNs produced` #361

Hi @HelenaLC

I noticed when running the estCutoffs function that it returns a number of Warning: NaNs produced warnings. The spillover matrix and correction are fine and I haven't seen any issues in downstream analysis. I just wanted to check if this warning is of any concern? The code at https://bodenmillergroup.github.io/IMCDataAnalysis/spillover-correction.html produces this warning. Let me know if you need any info. Here you can see how to download the example spillover data.

Never mind, I cannot fully reproduce this behaviour myself. But will keep an eye out for it. Sorry for raising this.
