Default factories (and fuel) can be set in recipe edit screen. Suggestion: Add a central place where all default factories can be set.
Similar to factory planner:
Change factory default level to have an additional option "Custom" that would be selected if defaults are changed. Changing factory default level back to a number would reset all defaults.
