Helmod previously did not show hidden entities. Part of the fix for #369 was to stop filtering these out.

This has caused a new issue for IR3 where it has hidden entities that should not be shown. https://github.com/Deadlock989/IndustrialRevolution/issues/260

Suggestion: reinstate the hidden filter. Ask omni to mark their machines as not-in-made-in instead of hidden. https://wiki.factorio.com/Types/EntityPrototypeFlags#%22not-in-made-in%22
