Size of recipe icons in reproductive complex crazy small #548

Icon size in reproductive complex is WAY too small. almost invisible standing next to the machine until you learn where to look or zoom out to see THE BIGGEST icon on the map.

related: all recipe icons on all buildings "spill" over their borders in map view. This is a vanilla problem.
