Server whois.nic.cz sometimes returns "Your connection limit exceeded. Please slow down and try again later.". The domain then misidentifies it.

This is a limitation of asking the WHOIS server repeatedly, this cannot be fixed by this package, if you need bulk checks, research a dedicated WHOIS/Availability API.
