Create a plugin which allow the user to do animate the image on top of the edge.

THE GENERAL IDEA:

render the moving image on top of the existing edge
implement in similar was as a edge plugin: -https://github.com/HelikarLab/ccNetViz/tree/master/plugins/animation-line

CODING CHALLENGES

improve the current layer plugin system (Shader) so it would support the insertion of the custom Shader infront or after the existing one
