The in place element structure loses its reference when starting again a single sweep.

Found at:

start single sweep mode.
interrupt single sweep mode by stopping it
start again single sweep mode
error: In Place Element Structure in ImageAssemblerDL090211Frame.lvclass:insert.vi->ImageAssemblerDL090211Scaffold.lvclass:run.vi->GenericToplevelComponent.lvclass:manager.vi:5->HelioScan_3.vi

it only happens when the stage is used to make a stack, without any step size this doesn't happen.
