Feature Request for Weapons and Armors #101

Is there a way to make a .cvs file with all the weapon and armor enhancements that when you type the name/s (separated by comma's for multiples) into the special properties cell of each weapon and armor that will add and/or subtract what is need for each enhancement?

IE a Longsword with Flaming and Frost would list 1d8+1d6 (Fire)+1d6 (Ice) in the damage box. And for armor any enchantments that improve bonus/reduce penalties (max/lowest allowed) to be calculated.
