current hotkey bindings not reflected in menu; attempting to bind F6 to quick save triggers actual quicksave instead of bind #540

(using 0.9.2.4 for Windows from releases page)

Although my hotkey binds are set (I think they're the default), the menu doesn't show them. Because of this I was trying to bind quicksave to F6, but the binding still wasn't shown and I heard the quicksave sound. When I exit out of the menu the quicksave prompt is shown. There is also some menu item overlap at the bottom of the bindings screen because of my virtual res of 852x480.

I missed that there was a new point release, but this also happens on 0.9.2.5

Not sure what version fixed it, but this is working in 0.9.3.0
