Stealth detection is very very off. #187

When using http://db.helios-empire.eu/?spell=1784 the distance a target can detect you while in front of them is off a bit, in a pvp situation they can see you no matter what at about 10 yards while in front of them, but they cannot see you whatsoever while standing behind them. it almost seems like the stealth for pvp is working as if it were pve.

On the pve side of things, targets can easily see and attack you unless you stand directly behind them and when you use http://db.helios-empire.eu/?spell=1856 they simply keep smashing your stupid face in with gusto as punishment for trying to hide.

When using Vanish, do you leave combat for a split second?

It leaves combat very very briefly, the global cd is the only amount of time I'm good and then when I should be able to stealth again, boom, right back to being punched/casted at

Thanks for your feedback. The Vanish bug is caused by creatures not evading properly, so that's AI related.

can it be fixed with moving more creatures to smartai?

No, the core doesn't handle evading properly. When mobs reset they should run back to their initial location and be invulnerable (evade) while running back. Instead, mobs can be attacked and re-engaged while they run back, which means they can also detect stealth units right next to them.
