Kind of bug: Minor (flavor) NPC interactions

What bug do you encounter?: Members of L70 ETC on balcony overlooking main gate to Silvermoon do not mirror player emotes (ex: /wave) How to reproduce your bug?: 100% reproducable

How it should work?: emotes like /wave and such should be mirrored while a member of L70 ETC is targeted

Operating System: Win 10

Although this is not a real gamebreaking thing.. its fun, and i will look into this.. ^^
