Silenced NPC's are not immediately running to players #81

Mobs that receive silencing effects (such as with Arcane Torrent) are sometimes not immediately running to the player. Instead, the mob opts to stand in place, and then when the silence wears off, will attempt to cast again. Silencing a mob should trigger the mob to run to the player and begin auto attacking.

Could use some more feedback on this, it may have been resolved with recent AI movement fixes.
