Update user manual's info on the annotation feature #215

This PR updates the out of date information regarding the annotation feature in the user manual (see https://github.com/Helioviewer-Project/JHelioviewer-SWHV/issues/214).

The following changes to the annotation feature need to be reflected in the user manual.

[x] The togglable annotation mode was replaced with holding down the shift key (https://github.com/Helioviewer-Project/JHelioviewer-SWHV/commit/0882692552603ac89255b95efdb1c5ee5c540151)
[x] Two new annotation shapes have been introduced
