TRACE overlay looks off #176

Looks like there is an issue with at least some TRACE files overlaying on EIT.

Will try overlap with AIA too.

Compared to AIA there is something off about TRACE.

Should check this using SunPy.

Different POVs maybe???

The placement is based off the refPixel defined by the jp2 file. Is this generated by sunpy?
