Heliographic Coordinates Toggle #200

It would be great to add a toggle switch to overlay either Stonyhurst or Carrington coordinate grid on top of the images (JHelioviewer already has this feature). I would love to see it adaptive to change the grid spacing as you zoom in and out.

This is a good idea. To do this properly with an eye to version 4.0, we need to implement Bill Thompson's co-ordinate transformation code.

Might be able to pull out the grid feature from SunPy map to create a Stonyhurst grid that can be passed to helioviewer.org
