Create an RGB image from three arbitrary sources

Putting AIA channels in to the R, G and B channels is a common way of browsing AIA data. It would be interesting to put any three AIA images to create a single RGB image. The SSWIDL software to do this already exists. Maybe other colorspace models - like CMY - would also be useful
