Pop-up appears to be in the wrong layer #244

Example below - pop ups should be above the feature/event markers

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue.

I get the following result on macOS High Sierra in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. As well as on Windows 10 in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

What OS/Browser combination did you observe this bug happening on?

I am unable to reproduce it either :(

I have noticed it happen a few times over the past 3 months, so it is recurring. Every time I went to report it, I was unable to reproduce the bug. Thanks for catching it. We should keep an eye out for a specific sequence of UI interactions that may prompt this bug to appear.
