Earth/scale inset don't appear on mobile. #363

I think the Earth/scale indicator doesn't have to be able to move when on a mobile phone. Also, is it possible to make it toggle between Earth / distance / off on the main screen? How would that work?

@wafels I moved the Earth/Scale indicator from the mobile menu to the viewport.
