Show times at which an image was taken #364

Some users may want to know when the images shown were actually taken. How should this information be conveyed in the mobile interface?

On desktop helioviewer, the image times appear in the "Images" section of the left-hand "Data sources" drawer. On mobile "Images and Layers" does not show the image times. This would be a good place to put the image times.

Need to add current image date to the mobile drawer

Mobile should show date next to the image source like its shown on desktop.
