Other CCMC scoreboards #368

The CCMC flare scoreboard (#366) is just one of a few. The others are here:

https://ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov/scoreboards/

They may not all be suitable for helioviewer. The ones that are will need access to an API to get the information needed. From there we'll have to decide what information is shown and how.

This is work we'd like to have in Helioviewer. We'd like to get prediction data from CCMC and see how we can integrate it into Helioviewer.

As an example of what we're looking for, CCMC has some data for predictions of future solar flares. We could put pins on the areas of the sun where solar flares are being predicted and show some metadata like "5% chance of solar flare occurring in this area"

First step would be to see if CCMC has a usable API that we can use for working with their data.

Which scoreboard gets done first might depend on which one has a documented API available.

Also, it would be good to have one of these - preferably the Flare Scoreboard - implemented in time for the Solar Physics Division Meeting in mid-August 2023.
