[Bug Report] - Minimal UI has two overlapping events buttons #527

Describe the bug

The "Events are On" button is duplicated.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://helioviewer.org/?output=minimal
  2. See overlapping button

Expected behavior There should only be one button.
