Unexpected removal of pins for hovered checkboxes for features and events #543

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'heiloviewer'
  2. Scrool Down to Features and Events > CCMC
  3. DONKI tree item is checked by default with all its childrens CME and Solar Flares
  4. Uncheck just CME
  5. All pins gone

Expected behavior Heiloviewer should still show pins belong to DONKI and all its children including Solar Flares. Ideally hovering on those checkboxes should not affect which pins are being shown on screen, it should set bolder texts if checkbox is hovered, that might bring more intiuative ui experience for the users of heiloviewer
