[Bug Report] - Event UI Breaks with too many tabs #551

Describe the bug A picture is worth a thousand words. With two many tabs, the tab section wraps and shifts everything in the UI. This is only a problem on the desktop view. Mobile is ok since I designed it to handle more tabs.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Viewport link
  2. Select CCMC > DONKI > CME
  3. Select CME pin for the 1330 km/s CME
  4. Click view source details

Expected behavior Tab bar should have horizontal scroll when there are too many tabs.
