Check for missing LASCO and STEREO data in 2021 #24

Due to service problems in 2021 there are likely to be gaps in the LASCO and STEREO data. Gaps should be filled in - see https://api.helioviewer.org/statistics/bokeh/coverages/SOHO_coverage.html and https://api.helioviewer.org/statistics/bokeh/coverages/STEREO_A_coverage.html .
