Thanks for pointing this out! I had not noticed this. It looks like one image is rotated relative to the other. As to why this is, I don't know. I will investigate this.

Helioviewer.org COR2-A images are indeed rotated relative to the STEREO images. The ultimate reason for the difference between these images is that they are formed using different processing streams. Helioviewer.org COR2-A images are calculated using a spacecraft rotation angle that is in the source FITS file. Since May 17 that rotation angle in the FITS files has been set to a default value and not to the actual spacecraft rotation angle. The STEREO images obtain the spacecraft rotation angle from a different source. The fix for Helioviewer is to fix the source FITS files, and doing that is beyond the control of Helioviewer. However, the STEREO team have been notified and a fix is being implemented. The FITS files from May 17 onwards will be re-processed, and new images for Helioviewer will be created. This issue will not be closed until the new images appear on helioviewer.

New, corrected FITS data is now available. Re-processing will occur in the next couple of days.

These were re-imported a long time back. I just double checked that the image mentioned above on 2022-05-18 16:23:30 is showing up at the right angle. Closing now.
