SUMER is a spectroscopic instrument. It would be extremely useful to know where SUMER was pointed at a given time and which emission lines it observed.
The SUMER final archive have FITS files known as bundle files. These files contain pointing and exposure information for bundles of SUMER observations that are logically connected in some way, for example, as part of a set of named observations. Talking with the SUMER team, the bundle files seem to contain all the information required to know where the instrument was pointed at a given time and what lines it observed.
