PPR Email and Contact attributes #9

The existing site email can be for info: email@domain.com

When adding a PPR Email, and Contact, you can default the value to be the same as the info email and contact you have today.

A number of sites have separate email and contacts for PPRs.

This is already implemented. When a site owner claims a site they have the ability to add pad contact emails and also set which one is used for PPR.
