Add search functionality to Personal dictionary #1144

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When trying to manage the Personal dictionary, it can be cumbersome to find the word you are looking for, especially if you have so many.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a search bar at the top of the personal dictionary to be able to quickly find words.

Alternative: Split the personal dictionary into submenus for each starting letter

The integrated editor for the personal dictionary only exists because a contributor wanted to add it. I will not do any work on this, as the Android system akready provides an Editor for the personal dictionary.

(there may be other apps that allow you to edit the personal dictionary)
