Shift backspace act as del key #1170

Hi i have been uasing BlackBerry keyboard for a very long time and it had a feature that i got used to that is missing here that when I press the combo of shift+backspace it become the same as pressing the DEL key on a computer keyboard.

Describe the solution you'd like Pressing the combo keys of "shift+backspace " does the same as the Del key

Use case Often you need to update text that you have mistyped and instead of trying to pinpoint the exact spot for backspace you can delete the character ahead by using this method.

I like this implementation better than the other issue, which suggests making this a toolbar key.

I would also suggest that pressing Shift than swiping the Delete button to the left should select and delete multiple characters forwards (just like how currently, swiping the Delete key left will select and delete multiple chars backward)
