Request to Add Khipro Input Method for Bengali #1177

No direct problem, but the Bengali typing experience could be enhanced with faster input methods.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to request the addition of the Khipro input method for Bengali, which uses a case-insensitive phonetic system for faster typing. Khipro is built using the m17n library. More details here.

Use case

Improved typing speed and ease for Bengali speakers.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if any)

Existing Bengali keyboards, but they don't offer similar speed or flexibility.
