Vibrate on keypress broken in v1.0 #604

Describe the bug Keypresses are not producing vibrations when "Vibrate on keypress" setting is turned on.

To Reproduce

  1. Open HeliBoard Settings > Preferences.
  2. Enable "Vibrate on keypress".
  3. Open HeliBoard in any test field and start typing.
  4. Keypresses will not produce vibrations.

Expected behavior For keypresses to produce vibrations when the setting is turned on.
