[Beta] 'Change language' behaviour issue

Describe the bug In 2.0 beta1 users can choose the behavior of the language button. I set it as 'change language only', but what actually happens is I also see Gboard as an option.

To Reproduce Press the language button or tap and hold the spacebar. Expected behavior According to the setting, the list of entries should include languages only, IMEs only, or both. Currently this isn't happening for me.

I think that setting only applies to the language switch key short press and not to the list that appears upon long pressing that key/ space key

Aaaah OK, in fact that was my spacebar long press. I thought both things had exactly the same effect
