Show toolbar shortcuts when not showing predictions and tool spacing #863

When the keyboard first opens and is not showing word predictions, show the toolbar tools/shortcuts. This is how the Samsung works. It would be great to have the tool layout similar to the Samsung keyboard as well, where it shows 5 options evenly spaced, with "..." On the right (could count that as 6th item). The ... Then opens more options over the keyboard.

When will this be added to the fdroid version?

There will be one more beta soon, and then the the normal release in maybe 2 weeks.
