Insertion point moves #972

When editing the text, place the cursor at the beginning of a word. Start typing. The text will be inserted a couple of chars (seems variable number of chars) to the right, not at the insertion point.

Version 2.1 Pixel 7 Pro Android 14, manufacture’s OS

Seems to be, but I haven't been watching closely, I'll pay more attention and report back.
